Since EaseCentral automates the enrollment process, certified agents and the general agents who assist them, will no longer have to manually add enrollments into Covered California’s for Small Business system. Through this partnership, certified agents can achieve a seamless enrollment process. Certified agents can even attach supporting documents to the group’s application through EaseCentral. The integration’s biggest beneficiaries will be small businesses.
